| William Mutual, Chairman and CEO |
| A technology visionary, William has 20 years experience in
the digital media field including many industry firsts. In 1995,
he founded ITV.net, which quickly became the world leader in
event Webcasting. William went on to establish venture-funded,
POPcast Communications, the first automated personal video sharing
service. Under his leadership the Company secured licensing
agreements with such global players as Microsoft, Avid, Apple,
Compaq, British Telecom, Sharp and JVC. Early in his career,
William established and operated a post-production and music
composition studio, which included one of the first MIDI/SMPTE
computer-generated recording facilities in North America. William
is a founding board member of the International Webcast Association
(IWA). |
| Trevor Whike, COO |
| Trevor has eight years of experience in the wireless world,
focused primarily in project management with OEM manufacturers
and major network operators. This work was first focused in
Latin America where he helped to oversee the rollout of Nortel
fixed wireless and mobile networks in both Mexico (Axtel) and
Chile (SmartcomPCS). Most recently, he oversaw the rollout of
Cingular Wireless’ Enhanced 911 services in the northeastern
U.S. as part of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
mandated emergency response program. |
| Mikhail Boborykine, CTO |
| Mikhail has over 15 years experience in the areas of information
technology and digital media. During his tenure as CTO for innovative
digital media firms, he’s managed the delivery of scalable,
automated streaming media services for Intel, Avid, Microsoft
and JVC, among others. Mikhail’s experience encompasses a broad
scope of network topologies, operating systems (mobile devices
and PC platforms), and programming languages. |
| Jennifer Blome, E.V.P. |
| Prior to joining Livecast, Jennifer co-founded POPcast Communications,
and has 10 years experience with leading technology companies
in digital media, including Apple Computer. As QuickTime Product
Manager at Apple, Jennifer was responsible for implementing
Apple's strategy for multimedia on the Internet, and also acted
as Apple's Business Development Manager for Interactive TV initiatives.
She also co-founded and acted as V.P. of Marketing for JABRA
Corporation, a leading manufacturer of hands-free communication
devices for the mobile telecommunications market. |
| Scott Hill, V.P. of Business Development |
| Scott is a digital media and advertising technology executive
with proven track record and over 20 years of experience launching
new businesses and bringing new products to market. Prior to
joining Livecast, Scott ran business development for Lightningcast
for 4+ years. (Acquired by AOL in 2006) Lightningcast was the
leading broadband ad insertion /content publishing technology
company for live and on-demand video/audio broadcasts. Customers
included AOL, MTV, Comcast, Microsoft, CBS, ABC, Scripps Networks,
& Reuters. |
| Chris Andrews, V.P. of Marketing |
| Chris has been introducing important new technologies to markets
for over 20 years. As an early producer in Webcasting, Chris was executive
producer of the Grammy Webcast, a 5-day annual live event that involved hundreds
of world-class recording artists, and included such companies as IBM, HP,
and Apple as production and marketing partners. Chris's career has crossed
over technology, publishing, and entertainment, including being the author
of a twice-published book on the history of digital media, authoring an
e-commerce patent, and managing musical artists. |
| Olaf Lohmann, V.P. Asia & Europe |
| Olaf Lohmann is a mobile industry veteran and entrepreneur,
he served as a telecommunication analyst for a venture firm
in Singapore, before joining Livecast. Olaf has almost a decade
of experience in marketing and selling mobile services. His
sales expertise, CEO rolodex, and fluency in several languages,
provides Livecast high-level introductions to operators in North
America, Europe and Asia. |
